Any postal service provider that provides various postal services, it has to declare the applied quality standard of each postal service provided. The declaration must specify the time for declaration and time limit for complaint handling
This Circular takes effect from December 1st, 2018 and replaces Circular No. 15/2011/TT-BTTTT dated June 28th, 2011.
- Before August 1st, 2018: Upon carrying out customs clearance procedures, enterprises have to provide the Certificate of conformity with regulations (with regard to products, goods included in Annex ) or the written reception of publication of conformity with regulations (with regard to products, goods included in Annex II of Circular No. 04/2018/TT- BTTT).
If the aforesaid papers are not available, enterprises have to send a written commitment to customs authorities and the Vietnam Telecommunications Authority on the completion of procedures for certification of conformity with regulations/publication of conformity with regulations within 15 working days from the date of customs clearance.
- From August 1st, 2018: Upon importing group-2 commodities subject to the specialized management of the Ministry of Information and Communications enterprises have to present the written registration for the quality inspection certified by the specialized inspection agency (the Vietnam Telecommunications Authority) when they carry out customs clearance procedures according to Decree No. 74/2018/ND.
Accordingly, road map for conversion of 11-digit phone numbers to 10-digit phone numbers shall begin from September 15th, 2018 to June 30th, 2019, in which, the parallel dialing shall begin from September 15th, 2018 to November 14th, 2018
This Decision takes effect from the date of its signing.
Fees for repair and maintenance of submarine telecommunications cable lines specified in Point 4 (b), Clause 2, Section II of the Schedule of fees and charges for issuance of license for telecommunications operations shall be applied from January 1st, 2017.
This Circular applies to the enterprises issued with the license for provision of terrestrial mobile network services, landline telephone services (local, international and domestic long-distance); terrestrial mobile information content service providers and relevant organizations and individuals.
“Terrestrial mobile network porting (mobile network porting)” means the mobile subscriber of one terrestrial mobile information service provider is changed to the one of another terrestrial mobile information service provider while retaining the number (including network code and subscriber number).
According to Article 4 of this Circular, mobile network porting services shall not include the continued provision of value-added services and the donor operator's telecommunications application services that are being used by the requesting subscriber. The donor operator shall not incur charges for any value-added service and telecommunications application services as soon as the requesting subscriber’s services are deactivated.
Charges for mobile network porting services must be openly posted and complied with the rules specified in Clause 4 Article 4 of this Circular.
This Circular takes effect from January 8th, 2018.
Technical specifications related to the antenna port of the radio device are not covered by this regulation. Technical specifications are specified in the respective product standards for effective use of frequency spectrum.
This regulation specifies test conditions, specification evaluation, quality criteria for fixed radio transmission equipment and ancillary equipment in the similar fixed profession and digital profession as the system of point-to-point, point-to-fixed multipoint.
This regulation is promulgated together with Circular No. 28/2017/TT-BTTTT dated November 7th, 2017, which takes effect from July 1st, 2018.
