This document requests local Health Services to deploy and notify entrants of anti-pandemic measures which are scrapped, including:

1. To scrap the requirement for SARS-CoV-2 testing before entering Vietnam from May 15, 2022 (Official telegram No. 416/CD-TTg dated May 13th, 2022);

2. To scrap the medical declaration made at checkpoints from April 27th, 2022 (Official letter No. 2118/BYT-DP dated April 26th, 2022);

3. To scrap the domestic medical declaration from April 30th, 2022 (Official letter No. 2213/BYT-DP dated April 29th, 2022).
