Circular No. 13/2021/TT-BVHTTDL dated November 30th, 2021 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on amendments and supplements to the Decree No. 06/2017/TT-BVHTTDL dated December 15, 2017 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, elaborating on implementation of several articles of the Law on Tourism

This Circular amends point a clause 3 Article 6 of Circular No. 06/2017/TT-BVHTTDL to shorten time allowing travel service provider to withdraw its deposits at banks after dissolution.

Accordingly, within the duration of 30 days from the day on which the decision on revocation of the license for provision of travel services is published on the web portal of the licensing authority and travel service provider management website, the travel service provider may carry out procedures for withdrawing its deposits instead of 60 days under the earlier regulations.

This Circular takes effect from the date of its signing.
