Official letter No. 633/LDLD-CSPL dated July 11th, 2022 of Ho Chi Minh City Federation of Labor regarding trade unions’ participation in implementation of the Government’s Decree No. 38/2022/ND-CP dated June 12th, 2022 providing for minimum wage levels for laborers.

To ensure rights and benefits of labourers, Ho Chi Minh City Federation of Labour requests grassroots trade unions to proactively coordinate with enterprises in adjusting wage scale, payroll according to the new minimum wage levels regulated at Decree No. 38/2022/ND-CP .

At the same time, trade unions shall enhance the coordination with local authorities in participating in supervising the compliance with laws on labour, salary and social insurance of enterprises.
