Circular No. 12/2022/TT-BTC dated February 22nd, 2022 of the Ministry of Finance on guidance on contents and expenditures from state budget to implement promotion, advertising and assistance with the development of tourism of Tourism Development Assistance Fund

This Circular promulgates new regulations on provision of funding from the state budget for the Tourism Development Assistance Fund and norms of assistance applicable to tourism enterprises

According to Article 4 of this Circular, tourism workers shall be provided funding for vocational training with the maximum amount of VND 4,500,000/person/training course (applied to 3-month vocational training courses) and 1,500,000/person/month for not more than 6 months (applied to vocational training courses from 3 months or more.

This Circular takes effect from April 9th, 2022.
