Circular No. 49/2021/TT-BGDDT dated December 31st, 2021 of the Ministry of Education and Training on promulgation of Regulations on organization and operation of independent daycare groups, independent kindergarten classes, independent nursery classes, in public and private form

This Circular provides for new Regulation on establishment and operation of independent nursery education institutions, including conditions for establishment, organizational structure; standards, responsibilities of owner of the education institution, teacher or staff member, etc.

This Circular comes into force as of February 15, 2022.

To replace the regulations on independent daycare groups, independent kindergarten classes, independent nursery classes, in public and private form in Article 14, Article 15 of Circular No. 13/2015/TT-BGDDT dated June 30, 2015 and Article 1 of Circular No. 13/2018/TT-BGDDT dated May 30, 2018.
