blue-check Thailand announces temporary use of paper-based C/O because of system error

Official letter No. 3139/TCHQ-TXNK dated June 22nd, 2021 of the General Department of Vietnam Customs regarding Thailand's system error

According to announcement of Thailand, because its ASEAN Single Window System is failed from May 31st, 2021 resulting in the failure to transmit and receive electronic C/O form D, it requests Vietnam Customs to accept the paper-based C/O form D until the system runs smoothly.
