According to the regulations at point c clause 1 Article 60 of the Law on Accounting No. 88/2015/QH13status2 , the legal representative of a limited liability company providing accounting services must be an accounting practitioner.

According to opinions of the Ministry of Finance, under the aforesaid regulations, in case an accounting service provider has multiple legal representatives, all of them must be accounting practitioners.
