This Circular prescribes import tariff quota of rice and dried tobacco imported from the Kingdom of Cambodia under preferential import tariff treatment to Vietnam in 2021 and 2022. The details are provided at the Annex enclosed with this Circular.

This Circular comes into force from April 15, 2022 to December 31, 2022 inclusive.
