This Circular amends some regulations on electricity selling prices, including:

- Electricity wholesale prices applied at industrial parks, industrial clusters;

- Electricity selling prices applied at industrial parks purchasing electricity from the national electricity system and other power supply sources (wind power, solar power, etc.)

- Electricity wholesale prices applied at commercial - service - household complex;

- Electricity retail prices applied at rural areas, collective quarters, residential clusters, markets, industrial parks and industrial clusters.

This Circular takes effect from September 25th, 2021.
