Decision No. 980/QD-TTg dated August 22nd, 2023 of the Prime Minister on issuing specific list of environmental industry technologies, equipment and products

This Decision promulgates the specific list of environmental industry technologies, equipment and products as the basis for consideration of entitlement to incentives, support relating to land, tax, capital, etc. under the Law on Environmental Protection and Decree No. 08/2022/ND-CP, including the following groups:

1. Equipment and products used for treatment of flue gas

2. Equipment and products used for wastewater treatment and reuse.

3. Equipment for classification, collection, transport, recycling, treatment of domestic solid waste, ordinary industrial solid waste, hazardous waste and other wastes and scrap recycling equipment

4. Equipment used to dismantle road and waterway vehicles whose useful life expires

5. Equipment and spare parts for waste treatment systems, transfer stations and other environmental protection works

6. Environmental measuring and monitoring equipment

7. Equipment and products used to produce energy from waste.

8. Chemical substances, biological products, materials and substitutes serving waste treatment and environmental protection.

9. Equipment and products used for biodiversity conservation.

10. Equipment and products used for environmental remediation.

11. Other equipment and products that meet environmental protection requirements.

12. Technology for manufacturing and producing equipment and products specified in this Appendix.

This Decision comes into force from the date on which it is signed.
