Aiming to support enterprises to be promptly granted customs clearance for imported shipments of building materials during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Department of Construction of Ho Chi Minh city requests customs authorities to consider granting customs clearance based on the Certificate of registration for inspection of building materials’ quality with its certification sent via email. The paper-based Certificate shall be sent to customs authorities later via post offices.
