Objective of this Scheme is to integrate population data, e-identification and e-authentication to public service portals to remove personal papers in settlement of administrative procedures, tax procedures, firstly health insurance cards, driving licenses, practicing certificates, vaccination certificate, documents, etc.

This Decision takes effect from the date of its signing.
