Realizing that it is impossible to completely extinguish the Covid-19 epidemic, the Government has issued a temporary regulation to shift to a safe and flexible adaptation to the epidemic (living with the epidemic).

Accordingly, the Government has requested to temporarily stop the application of social distancing under Directives 15, 16, 19 nationwide. Any locality where it is necessary to apply higher epidemic prevention measures than this Regulation must report to the Ministry of Health and the Prime Minister for consideration.

Epidemic prevention measures will be applied corresponding to each epidemic level (low, medium, high, very high risk) and uniformly across the country. For details, see Section IV of this Regulation.

Notably, according to this Regulation, the Government has temporarily allowed the reopening of production and service establishments, including restaurants, eateries, commercial centers, supermarkets, and convenience stores. , wholesale markets ... in all risk areas (green, yellow, orange, red). However, in case of necessity, the Provincial People's Committee may limit the number of buyers and sellers at the same time.

Particularly, service establishments with high risk of infection such as discos, karaoke, massage, bars, internet... are only allowed to operate in green areas.

The Resolution takes effect from the date of signing
