This Decision promulgates new safety assessment criteria for lines of business during safe, flexible adaptation and effective control of COVID-19 in Ho Chi Minh City
Accordingly, the new safety assessment criteria consist of 3 parts: general safety criteria, specific safety criteria, and safety criterion in food and drink services.
The general safety criteria consist of 6 criteria and are mandatory for all activities, operations, and lines of business in the City such as: wearing face masks; ensuring ventilation; COVID-19 vaccination; disinfection; visitor control; COVID-19 control measures.
The specific safety criteria consist of 9 criteria and apply depending on fields of operation.
The safety assessment criterion in food and drink services applies depending on whether an establishment organizes food and drink services.
A criterion shall be assessed as qualified if it is adequately fulfilled and unqualified if inadequately fulfilled.
This Decision comes into force from the date of signing and replaces all existing Decisions on Assessment criteria relating to operations in COVID-19 control.
