Roadmap for increasing export duty on stones
To limit the export of raw minerals, the Government promulgated Decree No. 101/2021/ND-CP to increase export duty rates applicable to stones of headings 25.15 - 25.17 (in which including stone blocks as proposed by enterprises).
The roadmap for increasing export duty on stones is specific as follows:
- From 15% and 17% to 20% from July 1st, 2022
- From 20% to 25% from July 1st, 2023
- From 25% to 30% from July 1st, 2024.
