This policy shall be applied from January 1st, 2022.

The increase of 7.4% shall be based on the retirement pensions, social insurance allowances in December 2021

The increase of 7.4% shall be applied uniformly to employees at enterprises and cadres, officials, public employees.

This Decree takes effect from January 20th, 2022. The regulations set out in this Decree shall be implemented as of January 1st, 2022. To replace Decree No. 44/2019/ND-CPstatus1 dated May 20, 2019.
