The table of retail electricity prices promulgated at this Decision shall be applied from May 4th, 2023 and the prices are increased in comparison with the current prices.

In which, the average retail electricity price is VND 1,920.3732 per kWh (exclusive of VAT).

Details of retail electricity prices applied to groups of electricity users and electricity retailers are provided in the Appendix enclosed with this Decision.
