Official letter No. 34158/SLDTBXH-ATLD dated November 18th, 2022 of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City regarding implementation of report on employment of foreign workers in 2022

Enterprises that employ foreign workers in 2022 shall submit the Report on employment of foreign workers according to Form No. 07/PLI promulgated together with Decree No. 152/2020/ND-CP; the time limit for submission is from December 15th, 2022 to January 5th, 2023.

The reporting period’s data includes the number of foreign workers recorded from December 15th, 2021 to December 14th, 2022.
