Circular No. 24/2022/TT-BLDTBXH dated November 30th, 2022 of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs on perquisites for employees working in dangerous, hazardous conditions

From March 1st, 2023, employees working in dangerous, hazardous conditions shall be entitled to increase in perquisites according to these levels: from 10,000 VND to 13,000 VND/day (Level 1); from 15,000 VND to 20,000 VND/day (Level 2); from 20,000 VND to 26,000 VND/day (Level 3); from 25,000 VND to 32,000 VND/day (Level 4);

Specific conditions for perquisites are regulated at Article.

This Circular comes into force from March 1, 2023 and replaces Circular No. 25/2013/TT-BLDTBXH dated October 18, 2013.
