From March 1st, 2023, employees working in dangerous, hazardous conditions shall be entitled to increase in perquisites according to these levels: from 10,000 VND to 13,000 VND/day (Level 1); from 15,000 VND to 20,000 VND/day (Level 2); from 20,000 VND to 26,000 VND/day (Level 3); from 25,000 VND to 32,000 VND/day (Level 4);

Specific conditions for perquisites are regulated at Article.

This Circular comes into force from March 1, 2023 and replaces Circular No. 25/2013/TT-BLDTBXHstatus1 dated October 18, 2013.
