Decree No. 11/2021/ND-CP dated February 10th, 2021 of the Government on assignment of certain sea areas to organizations and individuals for exploitation and use of marine resources

This Decree comes into force from March 30th, 2021 and supersedes Decree No. 51/2014/ND-CP dated May 21st, 2014.

Clause 3 Article 7 of the Decree No. 46/2014/ND-CP dated May 15th, 2014(amended by Clause 2 Article 3 Decree No. 123/2017/ND-CP dated November 14th, 2017) shall be annulled.
