blue-check Regarding validity of the General Department of Vietnam Customs’ result of pre-determination of goods codes

According to point a clause 6 Article 24 of Decree No. 08/2015/ND-CPstatus2 , the written announcement of the result of pre-determination of goods code shall be valid for not exceeding 03 years from the date on which the Director General of the General Department of Vietnam Customs signed for promulgation.

Accordingly, enterprises may not use the written announcement of the result of pre-determination of goods code if the announcement is signed for promulgation for over 3 years.
