Relegating to EIT preferential policies for projects of expansion investment of foreign investors, the General Department of Taxation requests to base on the Ministry of Planning and Investment’s guidelines at Official letter No. 2008/BKHDT-DTNN dated March 27th, 2020; Official letter No. 820/BKHDT-DTNN dated February 9th, 2021 and the regulations at Circular No. 96/2015/TT-BTCstatus2 .
