According to points 3.2 and 3.3 of the Announcement promulgated together with Decision No. 1105/QD-BCTstatus1 dated March 30th, 2017, imported steel products shall be exempt from anti-dumping duty if there is the C/O showing that the merchandise is produced in a country or territory other than China, Hong Kong or Korea.

Accordingly, the aforesaid provision only accepts origin presented on C/O, not accept origin declaration upon considering the exemption of anti-dumping duty on imported steel products

Currently, the acceptance of origin declarations is just applied within the framework of Agreements: CPTPP, EVFTA and ATIGA.
