Scope of real estate trading of enterprises shall depend on form of enterprise which is domestic enterprise or foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprise.

With regard to domestic enterprises, they are allowed to conduct real estate trading according to the scope regulated at clause 1 Article 11 of the Law on Real estate trading No. 66/2014/QH13status2

With regard to FDI enterprises, they are allowed to conduct real estate trading according to the scope regulated at clause 3 Article 11 of the Law on real estate trading 66/2014/QH13status2 . Notably, scope of real estate trading conducted by FDI enterprises does not base on the ratio of holding of capital contribution of foreign investor in enterprise.

Apart from the aforesaid scope of real estate trading, domestic enterprises and FDI enterprises are entitled to provide real estate services, including: real estate brokerage services, real estate trading floors, real estate counseling, or real estate management, etc.
