blue-check Regarding regulations on norms of costs of project management

With regard to projects with construction components, norms of costs of project management are determined according to Circular No. 12/2021/TT-BXD

Accordingly, in case a project is managed by a field-based project management board, costs of project management shall be applied according to the norms promulgated at Table 1.1 section 1 Chapter I Part II Annex VIII of Circular No. 12/2021/TT-BXD .

With regard to a public investment project without construction components, it does not belong to applicable entities of the Law on Construction No. 50/2014/QH13status2 and Law No. 62/2020/QH14, it is required to carry out according to the Law on Public investment and related instructional documents.
