Official letter No. 2502/UBND-NCPC dated July 27th, 2021 of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh city regarding implementation of Circular No. 150/2020/TT-BCA of the Ministry of Public Security on provision of fire prevention and fighting and rescue equipment for neighborhood watches, internal firefighting forces and specialized firefighting forces

This Official letter is to request state –owned enterprises, Corporations and Companies affiliated to the City, Exporting Processing and Industrial Zones Authority, Hi-Tech Park Authority, etc. in the City to review and additionally equip fire prevention and fighting equipment which are not enough in comparison with the regulations at Circular No. 150/2020/TT-BCA.

In case the equipment has been equipped sufficiently or more than the norms regulated at Circular No. 150/2020/TT-BCA, the equipment shall be further used until they are damaged requiring the replacement or until expiring lifetime.

Results of review, provision of fire prevention and fighting equipment according to Circular No. 150/2020/TT-BCA must be reported to the City’s People Committees (via the City’s Police) before November 30th, 2021.
