Relating to time to apply the new Lists of business lines, geographical areas eligible for investment incentives promulgated at Decree No. 31/2021/ND-CP, the Ministry of Planning and Investment said that it is proposing the Government to allow the application of the Lists from January 1st, 2021 instead of from March 26th, 2021.
