Based on Official letter No. 118/PVTM-P1 dated March 2nd, 2022, the General Department of Vietnam Customs notes that the submission of proof of origin for goods on which anti-dumping duty is imposed shall be based on the Decision on imposition of anti-dumping duty issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Accordingly, if at the Decision on imposition of anti-dumping duty regulates the submission of proof of origin in accordance with Free trade agreements, customs authority shall accept the proof of origin and settle the customs clearance for enterprise.
