According to point d clause 3 Article 4 of 2020 Law on Investment and clause 1 Article 26 of 2014 Law on Housing; the implementation of housing projects has to undergo various procedures, steps and has to comply with many related systems of laws (the Law on Investment, the Law on Construction, the Law on Housing, the Law on Real Estate Business).

Department of Construction is the local state agency in charge of construction and housing. In case needing guidelines on procedures for executing housing projects, enterprises may contact with this agency.
