Official letter No. 4592/TCHQ-TXNK dated August 31st, 2023 of the General Department of Vietnam Customs regarding value added tax (VAT) reduction with regard to imported goods

Relating to VAT reduction policy according to Decree No. 44/2023/ND-CP with regard to imported goods, the General Department of Vietnam Customs has provided guidelines at Official letter No. 3431/TCHQ-TXNK dated June 30th, 2023.

Regarding VAT reduction with regard to metal items and precast metal products, it is instructed at Official letter No. 4259/TCHQ-TXNK dated August 16th, 2023.
