According to the Ministry of Construction’s opinions, in case the deployment of a project is terminated, the payment for packages of construction investment survey consultancy, design for making of feasibility study report shall be based on volume of tasks already performed and contents in the consultancy contract signed between parties.

Regarding principles of payment for construction contracts, they are carried out according to Article 19 of Decree No. 37/2015/ND-CPstatus2 .
