Announcement No. 90/TB-VPCP dated March 30th, 2022 of the Government Office regarding conclusion of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh at the Government's regular meeting on Plan for “Strategy for foreign investment cooperation for the 2021 – 2030 period”

Relating to orientation towards foreign investment attraction for the 2021 – 2030 period, the Government have these requests:

- Attracting foreign investment in the concentrated and key manner, harmonizing the attraction of large investors with attraction of small investors, prioritizing the connection of global production and supply chains;

- Giving priority to areas of sustainable development, green development, digital transformation, energy transformation, climate change response, social infrastructure development (health, education, environment, etc.);

- Developing domestic value-added content associated with the increase in localization rate;
