Under this Decision, unionists and employees that are working at enterprises implementing the "three-on-the-spot" working regime shall be given the meal allowance of VND 1,000,000/person by trade unions directly superior to grassroots-level trade unions
However, this policy is only applied to unionists and employees at enterprises implementing the "three-on-the-spot” that pay union dues
Grassroots-level trade unions (or trade unions directly superior to grassroots-level trade unions in case enterprises have not yet had their own trade union) shall coordinate with enterprises to review, determine the number of unionists and employees participating in "three-on-the-spot” for providing the allowances.
Notably, the aforesaid allowances shall be transferred to enterprises to provide meals for employees according to the general policy of each enterprise rather than directly providing for employees.
