The Ministry of Construction assumes that the registration of capital contribution, purchase of shares/stakes of a foreign investor in a real estate company in Vietnam shall be considered settling according to regulations of laws on investment and treaties to which Vietnam is a signatory.

However, the real estate company that has foreign capital contributions must ensure operation conditions according to regulations of laws on real estate trading when it participates in business activities in Vietnam.
