Relating to the exercising of export right of FDI enterprises, the General Department of Vietnam Customs has provided guidelines at Official letter No. 695/TCHQ-GSQL dated February 5th, 2021.

Regarding customs procedure code, to carry out according to the guidelines at Decision No. 1357/QD-TCHQ dated May 18th, 2021 and Official letter No. 4032/TCHQ-GSQL dated August 16th, 2021.
