The Ministry of Construction notes that “standard sand” is a type of sand that meets TCVN 6227:1996 and used for testing of cement strength.

This type of sand shall be exported only when it concurrently meets technical specifications and criteria regulated at Section I Annex I - List of construction minerals to be exported promulgated together with Circular No. 05/2019/TT-BXDstatus1 (from August 28th, 2021, it is replaced by Circular No. 04/2021/TT-BXD ).
