To obtain a construction planning practicing certificate, individuals have to meet the conditions regulated at Article 69 of Decree No. 15/2021/ND-CP
.
Regarding fields and scope of construction practicing certificates, they are regulated in details at Appendix VI of Decree No. 15/2021/ND-CP .
