The Regulation prescribes technical requirements to be applied upon constructing anew or reconstructing apartment buildings that are up to 150 m in height or having up to 3 basements, including apartment buildings constructed for residential purpose and mixed purposes.

QCVN 04:2021/BXD replaces QCVN 04:2019/BXD.

QCVN 04:2021/BXD is promulgated together Circular No. 03/2021/TT-BXD dated May 19th, 2021 which takes effect from July 5th, 2021.
