Decision No. 21/QĐ-SGDVN dated December 21st, 2021 of Vietnam Exchange on promulgating regulations on information disclosure of Vietnam Exchange and its subsidiaries

The regulations provide guidelines on information disclosure of entities participating in the securities market at stock exchanges according to the regulations at Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC, including:

- Information disclosure by organizations having registered or listed shares, organizations having listed bonds, issuers of covered warrants;

- Information disclosure by trading members, special trading members and securities investment fund management companies;

- Disclosure of information about listed public funds, listed public securities investment companies and exchange-traded funds;

- Information disclosure by domestic investors, foreign investors that are majority shareholders;

Especially, disclosure of information about private placement and trading of privately placed bonds shall comply with specific regulations.

This Decision takes effect from the date of its signing.
