This Circular applies to the activities of maintenance of aeronautical facilities regulated at Decree No. 05/2021/ND-CP and Decree No. 44/2018/ND-CP.

This Circular takes effect from January 15th,2022 and replaces Circular No. 48/2016/TT-BGTVTstatus1 dated December 30th, 2016.
