This Circular is to promulgate 2 national technical regulations on food hygiene and safety conditions in fisheries production:

1. National technical regulations: food production facilities for aquaculture industry - conditions to ensure food safety, veterinary hygiene and environmental protection

Symbol: QCVN 02 - 14: 2009/BNNPTNT

2. National Technical Regulation: aquatic breeding facilities - conditions of food safety, biosecurity and environmental

Symbol: QCVN 02 - 15: 2009/BNNPTNT

This Circular takes effect after six months from its signing date.

Effective notes
This Circular shall be annulled from November 1st, 2023, according to the announcement at Circular No. 05/2023/TT-BNNPTNT dated August 23rd, 2023.
