Decision No. 212/QD-TTg dated February 16th, 2022 of the Prime Minister on the Project “Building capacity for labor, war invalids and social affairs inspection in 2021 - 2025 period”

One of the tasks of labor, war invalids and social affairs inspection in this Project is cooperate with trade unions at all levels and representatives of employers to promote compliance with labor laws; cooperate with relevant ministries and branches so as to increase efficiency in specialized inspection; establish channels for sharing information and thematic reports on compliance with laws relating to labor, war invalids and social affairs sector, propose amendments and supplements to policies and laws during the process of providing advice and exercising the functions of state management regarding labor, war invalids and social affairs.

This Decision takes effect from the date of its signing.
