blue-check Procedures of declaration of F0 patients and issuance of certificate of completion of home quarantine

To reduce workload at the health stations, the Department of Health of Ho Chi Minh city requires all health facilities, health centers, and health stations to urgently initiate digital transformation in confirming F0 patients and confirming the completion of home quarantine.

Accordingly, people infected with COVID-19 are allowed:

- To declare F0 at the address: https://khaibaof0.tphcm.gov.vn. (See Annex 1 regarding how to declare)

- To declare test result at the end of the quarantine period by sending SMS messages to health stations;

- To be issued with the electronic certificate of completion of home quarantine via COVID-19 Management Platform.
