Decree No. 15/2023/ND-CP dated April 25th, 2023 of the Government on piloting payment of contract bonuses for construction contract packages of transport projects under socio-economic recovery and development program

This Decree regulates the piloting payment of contract bonuses for construction contract packages of transport projects under socio-economic recovery and development program.

This policy on payment of contract bonuses regulated at this Decree shall be only paid to contractors who comply with the law when executing contract packages and there is an actual bonus fund.

Contract bonus source is unused fund after bidding (including direct contracting).

Method for bonus calculation is regulated at Article 5

This Decree takes effect from April 25th, 2023.
