Official letter No. 1256/SGDDT-GDNCL dated April 26th, 2022 of the Department of Education and Training regarding rectification of operation of overseas study counseling service providers in Ho Chi Minh City.

This Official letter is to remind overseas study counseling service providers in Ho Chi Minh City to proactively review, inspect the compliance with all conditions, requirements in overseas study counseling service provision, including:

1. Legal documents (it is required to pay attention to expiry date of the Decision on issuance of the certificate of registration for overseas study counseling service provision)

2. Human resource documents (pay attention to degrees, certificates of front desk counselors, inform, update list of staff if there are changes)

3. Policies for employees (the signing of labor contracts, social insurance contribution, settlement of benefits of employees, application for work permits for foreign employees)

4. Organization of overseas study counseling service provision (operation conditions, travelling abroad of Vietnamese nationals for studying, teaching, conducting scientific research, and performing academic exchange, organization of conferences, seminars)

5. Operation reporting (to comply with Official letter No. 3547/SGDDT-GDNCL dated December 9th, 2021).
