blue-check Old C/O form D shall be used until October 31st, 2022

According to announcement of the General Department of Vietnam Customs, during the transitional period from May 1st, 2022 to the end of October 31st, 2022, customs authorities shall accept both old C/O form D (regulated at Circular No. 19/2020/TT-BCTstatus2 ) and new C/O form D (according to Official letter No. 1568/TCHQ-GSQL dated May 4th, 2022.

However from November 1st, 2022, customs authorities only accept new C/O form D.

This announcement shall be uniformly applied to both electronic C/O and physical C/O.
