Relating to the activity of processing of goods for foreign traders, the Customs Department of Ho Chi Minh city requests enterprises to base on the regulations at Article 38 through Article 46 of Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP to carry out.

Regarding the concept “processing”, refer to Article 178 of the Law on Commerce No. 36/2005/QH11status2 .
