Resolution No. 25/NQ-CP dated March 7th, 2022 of the Government on regular meeting of the government – February 2022

Under this Resolution, the Government intends to amend Decree No. 126/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 on tax administration, amend Decrees on extension of deadline for payment for tax and land rent 2022.

In addition, it intends to promulgate a Decree on amendments to some articles of Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP on officials and public employees, Decree No. 138/2020/ND-CP, Decree No. 159/2020/ND-CP, Decree No. 112/2020/ND-CP, Decree No. 46/2010/ND-CP; the Decree on retirement at an older age for officials and public employees (replacing Decree No. 53/2015/ND-CP dated May 29, 2015 and Decree No. 104/2020/ND-CP dated September 4, 2020 on retirement at an older age for officials and public employees); Decree on retirement at an older age for public employees who have high professional and technical qualifications in public service sector (according to new regulations of Clause 4 Article 169 of the Labor Code 2019).
