This Circular provides specimens of certificates and registers of technical and environmental safety issued to ships and inland waterway vehicles and certificates of industrial products used for inland waterway vehicles.

This Circular does not apply to ships, inland waterway vehicles and industrial products of inland waterway vehicles used for national security purposes only and fishing vessels

This Circular takes effect from September 15th, 2017 and abolishes Circular No.15/2013/TT-BGTVT dated July 26th, 2013.
